Green Beer!

So I have to admit, I am not a beer drinker. I am more of a mixed drink kinda gal. But I must say I am obsessed with beer, particularly micro or craft-brews. It is not so much the beer itself, my fiancee does the taste tasting, I am fascinated with the branding and manufacturing of beer. I am a factory junkie and love seeing how things are made. I also love to see how formulas are created and from there, how they name and brand their beer. So in the spirit of beer lovin', have some GREEN beer this St. Patty's day!
Now I don't mean the dyed green beer, but the eco-friendly and organic beer! There are a few of them that are top notch. And if you can't find them, support your local breweries!
